EastEnders star’s roles in Coronation street and Emmerdale revealed

EastEnders star Heather Peace is currently involved in a pretty big storyline, but did you know she’s appeared in more than one soap?

The 46-year-old actress made a dramatic entrance to Albert Square as Stacey Slater’s (Lacey Turner) former inmate/wife Eve Unwin in October 2021.

And while fans are currently hooked on the soap’s current The Six killer storyline, many will be surprised to know that this isn’t Heather’s first soap role.

Her career in television took off in 1997 with a part in Emmerdale, where she played Anne Cullen, a teacher at Hotten County Primary School.

Eagle-eyed fans may also remember her from her role on Coronation Street, where Heather portrayed a character named Ali, a member of a mountain rescue team instrumental in saving Liam Connor’s (Rob James-Collier) life during a harrowing incident in 2008.

And if that wasn’t enough Heather’s acting credits include The Bill, Waterloo Road and Dangerfield.

During the recent EE episode, Heather’s character Eve staged her long-awaited return to Walford.

This was much to the relief of Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), who was led to believe that the woman she branded the love of her life had been brutally murdered.

The lawyer explained that she was forced into hiding by Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), who agreed to spare her life if she disappeared.

Thursday’s offering of the serial drama dealt with the aftermath of Eve’s actions, as she filled both Suki and Stacey in, revealing that, in order to ensure Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) and Ravi are put behind bars, she has to disappear.
